A Mahoning County grand jury this week handed up indictments on the following 23 people:

Marcus J. Wilkins, 22, Penhale Avenue, carrying concealed weapons.

Stephen Borbei, 18, Shehy Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Frank Napolitano Jr., 30, Glenpark Drive, Boardman, grand theft and theft.

Franklin B. Prestley Jr., 57, Linwood Drive, Alliance, and Kyle Thrasher, 30, Valley Road, Salem, theft and breaking and entering.

Joseph E. Grove, 23, West Judson, possession of heroin.

Michael Meuter, 27, North Hazelwood, confinement and restraining of a dog.

Antonio Crockett, 24, Hilton Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Damian Rodriguez, Oxford Avenue, aggravated burglary, felonious assault, theft, and aggravated robbery.

Dashawn Hayden, 34, Steel Street, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

Allante Donaldson, 19, West Ravenwood, illegal possession of a weapon and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Jeffrey C. Howell, 29, Early Road, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of cocaine and illegal possession of a weapon.

Jaclyn Lanzaro, 24, Fourth Street, Struthers, possession of cocaine.

LeeVaughn Branch, 57, West Ravenwood, theft.

Kurt Morris, 53, Birchcrest Drive, Austintown, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Terrence D. Johnson, 23, West Dennick, possession of cocaine.

Reginald McKelly, 55, West LaClede, and William Jennings, 62, West LaClede, possession of heroin.

Brian R. Benson, 20, Trussit Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Christopher J. Scalf, 23, Buhl Court, Sharon, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of heroin and illegal possession of a weapon.

Tyrone Graham, 29, East Lucius Avenue, domestic violence.

Patricia Hunt, 42, Radcliffe Avenue, Austintown, or Market Street, illegal possession of a weapon.
