Michael Seelman will continue as chief operating officer, a position he’s had since January 2009.

Lori Rhine will continue as chief nursing officer, a position she’s had since June 2010.

Trumbull Memorial Hospital

Robert Wolleben will serve as chief executive officer. He has been COO there since January 2009.

Lisa Medovich will serve as chief financial officer. She has been Forum’s CFO since 2008.

Candy Smith will continue to serve as chief nursing officer, a position she’s had since 2002.

Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital

Marilyn Titus will continue to serve as chief operating officer, a position she’s had since 2005.

Sue Joy will continue to serve as chief nursing officer, a position she’s had since 1996.
