Telecommunications harassment: A woman at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center,7300 N. Palmyra Road reported receiving harassing telecommunications and unwanted e-mails in ongoing harassment.

Sept. 16

Threat to city employee: A Public Utilities/Water Clerk reported receiving a threat from a customer upset over his water bill. He advised her she had better get a “chest protector” or bullet-proof vest, because she will need it.

Sept. 18

Drug abuse instruments: Police arrested Erin Porter, 27, 65 S. Park Ave., Lisbon, on charges of drug abuse and possessing drug abuse instruments at the state Route 11 southbound ramp.
