A postnuptial reception on Oct. 30 at A La Cart Catering in Canfield honored Peter Hernandez Jr. and his bride, the former Pamela McMahan, who were married Oct. 11 at Sandals Grand Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.

Sheldon Anderson officiated at the 2 p.m. wedding ceremony for the daughter of Barry and Nancy McMahan of Youngstown and the son of Virginia Hernandez of Campbell and the late Peter Hernandez.

The bride wore a beaded ivory lace trumpet-style gown with empire bodice, sweetheart neckline and sweep train.

Peacock blue gowns were worn by Peggy Bezzarro, the groom’s sister, and Angela Navarro, the honor attendants, and the bridesmaids, Meshelle Navarro, Leah Godoy and the groom’s cousin Marisa Santore.

Serving as best man was John Navarro, the groom’s cousin, and groomsmen, Jeff Navarro and Nelson Navarro, cousins of the groom; Brian Godoy and Frank Mangiarelli.

The bride is a licensing agent with WRP Investments in Youngstown, and the groom is self-employed with PH Flooring Co. in Canfield.

The couple honeymooned in Jamaica and live in Canfield.
