Coleman Professional Services has named Patricia Karchut the new director of Coleman Behavioral Health in Trumbull County. She was previously responsible for crisis intervention and pre-screening at Coleman Access. Before joining Coleman, a nonprofit behavioral health and rehabilitation program provider, Karchut was director of social services for The Bair Foundation in Kent and also served as coordinator of the psychiatric consultation, assessment and response team for Forum Health Center for Behavioral Medicine in Youngstown. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s of education in community counseling from Kent State University.

Finance

Robert Heiple has joined First National Bank as regional banking executive and cross functional sales leader. In this role, Heiple will be responsible for developing the overall business strategy for an 11-county region that includes key markets such as State College, Altoona, Hollidaysburg and Johnstown. Heiple will also direct sales strategies by coordinating teams from across the company’s commercial banking, retail banking, private banking, wealth management, investments and insurance divisions.

Heiple, who will be based in State College, Pa., joins First National Bank from Fifth Third Bank in Lexington, Ky. He earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in economics from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa., and an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan’s Graduate School of Business.

Brennan Financial Group, a Canfield financial services firm that is part of the 212 Capital Group, has welcomed Mark Drabick as a financial representative and financial advisor. Drabick graduated from Westminster College with a bachelor’s degree in financial economics.

Boardman native Tom Gruger has been promoted to vice president of global marketing for Wilson Sporting Goods. In this role, Gruger will manage the Wilson brand position across diverse product categories and global markets and develop strategic global business initiatives to ensure the company’s continued profitable growth. Gruger takes on the new position after six years as global marketing director for the Wilson Golf division. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
