Neighbors | Submitted.The cast of Stage Left Players' holiday bebop musical, "Jingle My Bell," gets ready to rock the Trinity Playhouse. Set in Lisbon, December 1959, the story follows Dave & Dee Dee who run a diner fallen on hard times after a local sampled the night's special and fell face down in his bowl..The show opened Friday and runs for eight performances.

Join Stage Left Players as they transform the Trinity Playhouse into Dee Dee and Dave’s Diner to present an original holiday musical, “Jingle My Bell” Sunday at 2 p.m.

This “Juke Box” holiday musical features Vince Ward as Dave, Kari Lankford as Dee Dee, Jacob Ward as Corky, their teenage son, Kandace Cleland, Allie Dolphin and Ali Cleland as Mona, Patty and Agnes- the singing waitress trio, Nathan Kuhns as Phil, the Schwebels Route Salesman, John Courter as Bob, the Greyhound Bus Driver, and Reed Worth as Floyd Knickerbocker, Health Inspector.

Jodine Pilmer and Canfield’s Kandace Cleland direct the cast of characters who will perform “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town,” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Let it Snow,” and “Winter Wonderland.”

Additional performances are scheduled for Dec. 4 at 2 p.m., Dec. 5 at 2 p.m., Dec. 10 at 7 p.m., Dec. 11 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. and Dec. 12 at 2 p.m.

Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for students and seniors. Those with an active military ID will be admitted free. Military families pay half price.

Every audience member receives a free cup of cocoa and a cookie.

Reservations are required only for groups of eight or more.
