Mike Bucciarelli watches Thursday as the last turkey cooks in the “Buzzard Box,” a roasting trailer, during a Thanksgiving dinner at the IT Certification Institute in Austintown. Bucciarelli, his wife Marsha and about 20 volunteers served about 150 dinners, 100 of which were distributed to residents of the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority.
