Poland condo association sues developer

Residents of a township condominium complex have filed suit against their developer over a piece of property located near the front of the neighborhood.

The Villas di Tuscany Condominium Association on Dobbins Road is suing Dominic Marchionda, who owns Villas di Tuscany, LLC. The lawsuit was filed Nov. 12.

The property at the crux of the legal action is a house at 4077 Dobbins Road, which existed before the complex was created.

The woman who lived at that home had a life estate, but died about a year ago, said Atty. Bryan Ridder, who is representing the association.
