BOARDMAN

The exchange of nuptial vows took place at 1 p.m. Oct. 2 at St. Luke Church as Amy Restle and Brian Peebles were united in marriage by the Rev. Joseph Fata.

After the ceremony the daughter of James and Rozanne Restle of Youngstown and son of Charles and Shirley Peebles of Boardman accepted congratulations during a reception at The Georgetown.

The couple honeymooned during a Caribbean cruise and live in Boardman.

Crystal beading enhanced the bride’s strapless satin gown, and the skirt flowed into a semicathedral train.

Christine Restle, the bride’s sister and honor attendant, wore a black gown, as did the bridesmaids, Katie Dermotta, her cousin, and Signe Reda. Flower girls were the bride’s cousins Mia Dermotta, Elizabeth Vona and Lily Watson. They wore white dresses with black sashes.

Joseph Reda performed the duties of best man, and groomsman was Greg Blair. The bride’s cousin Nathan Thompson was ring bearer.

The bride and groom graduated from Youngstown State University with bachelor’s degrees. She is employed in the creative services department at The Vindicator, and he is a support engineer with SenSource Inc. in Youngstown.
