Tree lighting set by hospital auxiliary

FARRELL, Pa.

UPMC Horizon Shenango Auxiliary will have its 21st annual “Remembering Tree” lighting ceremony at 2 p.m. Dec. 4 in the lobby at the Shenango Valley campus. Entertainment will be by second-grade students from Artman Elementary School in Hermitage.

For a minimum $5 donation, a personalized ornament will be placed on the tree in memory or in honor of someone special. To acknowledge the gift, a card can be sent to the honored person or family.

Send donations, the donor’s name, address and phone number, and name of the honoree to Shirley Miller, Hospitality Shop, 2200 Memorial Drive, Farrell, Pa 16121. Make checks payable to UPMA Horizon Shenango Auxiliary.

Proceeds will support auxiliary projects and hospital improvements.
