SALEM

A vandal with spray paint hit portions of the city Friday night.

Paint was sprayed on two locations at 600 S. Ellsworth Ave.; one property at 570 S. Broadway Ave.; one at 555 South Lincoln Ave.; one at 447 N. Penn Ave.; one at 637 Franklin St.; and one at 678 Ohio St.
