Limelight Awards and achievements


Michael Robinson, interim director of Humility of Mary Home Health Services, recently received the Susan Smith Makos Spirit Award from Catholic Health Partners. The award recognizes management leaders who exemplify serving and advocating for patients in their communities. Under Robinson’s leadership, more than $4 million in prescriptions were processed through Humility of Mary Health Partner’s Prescription Assistance Program. He was also instrumental in bringing Catholic Health Partner’s Resource Mothers Program to HMHP and helped the hospital system’s diabetes education program achieve Gold Standard Recognition from the American Diabetes Association.

Mark Cole, a multiple line agent for American National Insurance Company, has been named a financial services specialist by The American College and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. The professional designation is given to individuals who meet or exceed qualification standards. In addition to completing five courses, candidates for this designation must also complete an ethics course and be a member in good standing with the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Strollo Architects recently received two design awards from regional chapters of the American Institute of Architects. For its work on St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center, the firm received the association’s Eastern Ohio Chapter’s 2010 Honor Award, the organization’s highest recognition. The firm’s work on Youngstown State University’s new Williamson College of Business Administration received a Honorable Mention Award for interior design from the Ohio-Kentucky chapter of the American Institute of Architects/International Interior Design Association.

Cogun Inc., a church design and construction company based in North Lima, recently received two Solomon Awards from Church Production and Worship Facilities magazines. The awards recognize church teams, individuals and industry partners for excellence in church facilities, design, management and audio visual production. Cogun was awarded for two projects, the Crowfield Baptist Church in Goose Creek, S.C. and Grace Fellowship Church in Johnson City, Tenn.
