Crews reopen 711 Connector, Interstate 680 after accident

YOUNGSTOWN

All portions of the 711 Connector and Interstate 680 that authorities closed this morning after a truck accident have been reopened. The roadways opened shortly before 1 p.m. today.

The truck accident shortly before 10 a.m. caused a large amount of debris, hydraulic fluids and diesel fuel filled the 711-I-680 interchange. Once crews completed the cleanup, authorities reopened the road.
