Second Chance bingo games begin

Second Chance Animal Rescue of Austintown will begin sponsoring bingo games Nov. 27 at St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church, 764 Fifth St.

Doors open at 5 p.m., early birds are at 6:50 and regular games at 7.

There will be five door prizes of $10 bingo gift certificates, a 50-50 raffle and pull tabs with IRS and bingo babies.

Coffee is free, and available for purchase will be food, beverages and daubers.

Future games will be the third Saturday of each month (except June).

All proceeds benefit the nonprofit shelter and will be used to provide care and rehabilitation, including spaying and neutering, for abandoned, abused and injured animals while they await adoption.
