Dayton cops shoot pizza robbery suspect

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Police here trying to stop pizza delivery robberies have shot and seriously wounded a 17-year-old suspect.

Dayton police say no officers were hit in a Wednesday evening shootout and say the suspect fired a handgun. The Dayton Daily News reports he has been hospitalized in serious but stable condition. His name wasn’t released immediately.
