Ohio Gov.-elect invites Ohioans to apply for jobs in his administration

COLUMBUS – Today, Governor-elect John Kasich invited Ohioans wishing to join him in his efforts to return prosperity to the state to submit their resumes at the portal for state government reform, www.FixOhioNow.com.

Said Kasich of the Fix Ohio Now site, “Beginning today, we are looking for people who would like to make a real difference to come work for the State of Ohio. Ohio is on the cusp of again being a place where families can succeed and businesses can prosper, and we welcome those who want to become part of this historic effort."

Employment pursued through Fix Ohio Now would be for unclassified positions. Job seekers interested in classified, civil service employment should continue to apply at the Ohio Hiring Management System site, http://careers.ohio.gov/. The Fix Ohio Now site is paid for by the Kasich-Taylor New Day Committee which was established to conduct activities related to the Jan. 10 inauguration.
