Youngstown Area Federation of Women’s Clubs will have a noon luncheon at the Holiday Inn, 7410 South Ave., Boardman. The theme will be “Honoring Club Presidents.” The program will be presented by Phyllis Ricchiuti of The Rich Center, and meditation will be by Valorie Zurawick.
