Antoinette Wallace has been named chief financial officer of Wallace & Pancher, an environmental-consulting firm based in Hermitage, Pa. In her new role, Wallace will oversee day-to-day financial and administrative operations. Wallace previously served as CFO of Flynn’s Tire and as a corporate accountant for the Edward J. DeBartolo Corp. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.

Service

Strategic Valuation Group, a Warren-based valuation advisory and consulting firm, has hired James Hankins Jr. as managing director of the firm’s new Pittsburgh office. In this role, Hankins will direct valuations for several purposes, including financial reporting, stock options, tax compliance and strategic planning. Before joining Strategic Valuation Group, Hankins was a shareholder at Alpern Rosenthal, a major regional accounting, business advisory and valuation consulting firm. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

InfoCision Management Corporation has hired Austintown native Shantae Rollins as a public-relations specialist at the company’s Akron headquarters. A 2010 graduate of Kent State University, Rollins began working at InfoCision as public-relations intern in the summer of 2009. In her new role, she will be the point person for InfoCision’s growing social media presence, help with special-event planning, submit award nominations and contribute to the company’s internal newsletter.

Northwood Realty recently announced the addition of a new agent, Natalie Sepulveda, to its Mahoning County Office. Sepulveda has a background in the transportation, customer service and sales industries. She received her real-estate training at ETI Technical College.

HEALTH CARE

Pablo Giuseppucci has joined the staff of UPMC Horizon and Northern Area Surgical Associates-UPMC as a general surgeon. He will see patients at UPMC’s Greenville Medical Center and at the Womencare Center of UPMC Horizon in Hermitage. Giuseppucci earned his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina and completed post-graduate training at Allegheny General Hospital and Dr. Ignacio Pirovano Hospital in Buenos Aires. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Pulmonologist Natalia Moguillansky also recently joined UPMC Horizon’s medical staff. Moguillansky recently completed a pulmonary medicine fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital. She earned her medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine and completed an internal-medicine residency at Allegheny General. She will see patients at Horizon Pulmonary Associates-UPMC in Hermitage.
