Pa. stylist charged with shooting husband hands cops toy gun

A woman who was charged with shooting her husband tried to give police a toy gun when they asked her for her weapon, a magistrate’s report indicates.

Police arrested Billie Dawn Gallick, 66, who owns Billie Dawn’s Beauty Salon on New Wilmington Road, on Sunday afternoon at her home on Francis Place, the report says.

She is charged with attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and simple assault. She is in Lawrence County Jail with bond set at $100,000.
