Shriver-Lawson nuptials set for April 16

David and Janice Shriver of Hubbard are announcing the engagement of their daughter, April Christine Shriver of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., to Jeremy Thomas Lawson, also of Palm Beach Gardens.

The prospective groom is a son of Jerry and Cynthia Lawson of Royal Palm Beach, Fla.

April 16, 2011, has been chosen for the couple’s wedding and reception to take place at noon at Mai Kai Polynesian Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Invitations will be extended.

The future bride is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is employed in membership with PGA of America in Palm Beach Gardens.

Mr. Lawson has an associate degree in digital media from Full Sail University in Orlando, Fla., and is art director at Four Media in Deerfield Beach, Fla.
