The engagement of Rhiannon Decker and Ronald Silvashy, both of Fort Myers, Fla., is being announced by their parents.

The bride-elect is a daughter of James and Juanita Decker of Helen, Ga., and Mr. Silvashy is a son of Scott and Susan Silvashy of Canfield.

The couple’s 4 p.m. wedding ceremony will be solemnized Dec. 21 at The Verandah in Fort Myers, where a reception will follow. Invitations will be extended.

The couple are Unfranchise business owners specializing in wellness and nonprofit fundraising.
