Parker-Jump engagement is announced

Announcement of the engagement of Sarah Parker and Mark Jump, both of Hilliard, is being made by her parents, Cindy Parker of Rogers and Ronald Parker of East Palestine. Mr. Jump is a son of David and Marsha Jump of Willard.

The couple will be married at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 20 at the Darby House in Galloway, where a reception will follow. The ceremony and reception are by invitation.

A graduate of Duquesne University with a bachelor’s degree, Miss Parker received her medical degree from Ohio University and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Doctors Hospital in Columbus. She is a physician in a private obstetrics/gynecology practice in the Columbus area.

Her fianc holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science from Ohio State University and also earned his medical degree from Ohio University. He is completing his final year of general surgery residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus.
