Stephany L. Rupprecht, 39, of Beard Road, East Palestine, theft from a disabled adult.

Eric W. Uphold, 39, of Goshen Road, receiving stolen property and misuse of a credit card.

John E. Ritchie Jr., 46, of Smith-Goshen Road, Beloit, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Nicholas G. Farmer, 24, of Cedarwood Drive, Mineral Ridge, burglary, breaking and entering and attempted burglary.

Robert Smith, 33, of Haywood Street, East Liverpool, possession of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and illegal manufacture of drugs.
