Poland boys tickled the ivories

Poland Union Elementary third-graders Luke Tsudis and Luke Fulton won in the pre-A level in the Mater’s series at the Youngstown Music Teachers Association/ Youngstown Master’s Piano Competition May 8.

The pianists performed at a recital May 16 at Bliss Hall where they received an award and a $50 savings bond for their win. The students study piano under the direction of Diane Debiec and were judged by a professor from The Cleveland Institute Conservatory of Music.

Tsudis is the son of Geroge Tsudis and Fulton is the son of Jeffrey and Tina Fulton.
