Federal grand jury indicts Youngstown man

A federal grand jury in Cleveland returned a two-count indictment charging Daquann R. Hackett, 19, of Youngstown, with federal narcotics violations.

The indictment charges Hackett with two separate and distinct acts of distributing more than five grams of crack cocaine in Youngstown.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Robert F. Corts and Daniel J. Riedl. The investigation was conducted by agents of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives in Youngstown, Youngstown FBI office and Youngstown Police.
