Mr, and Mrs, John C. Dailey honored on 60th anniversary


GIRARD

The 60th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Dailey of Girard was celebrated in the company of friends and relatives during a surprise dinner party at The Gentry in Hubbard.

Hosts for the festive event were their children and their spouses, Mark and Kim Dailey of Toronto, Ontario; Kathleen and Dan Gacsal of Toledo; and Colleen and Tom Smith of Hubbard. Also participating were their seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mr. Dailey and the former Rose-Marie Genetta were married April 15, 1950, in St. Rose Church, Girard.

Before retiring, Mr. Dailey, also known as “Jack,” was employed at Aeroquip and Republic Hose in Youngstown, and Mrs. Dailey was an office manager for various ear, nose and throat doctors.
