The Ohio Department of Transportation released its Mahoning County Weekly Traffic Advisory and two sites in Canfield can cause potential delays.
A new resurfacing project on Herbert Road will have various lane restrictions in either or both directions from the western Canfield corporation limit to the Ohio Turnpike. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
This work is part of a $300,000 project to resurface Herbert Road from the western Canfield corporation limit to the Ohio Turnpike and Fairground Boulevard from South Broad Street to the eastern Canfield corporation limit. The entire project is scheduled to be complete by late July.
In ongoing road work, the state Route 11 twin bridges over Indian Run between U.S. 224 and Western Reserve Road are reduced to one lane in each direction for bridge work. Both lanes of traffic have been shifted to the northbound side.
