Women’s art exhibition at the McDonough

“Women Artists: A Celebration!,” the YWCA of Youngstown’s annual art exhibit, will be on display June 19-July 23 at the McDonough Museum of Art, Wick Avenue.

The exhibition showcases local, regional and national women artists. Works are in a variety of media. This year’s juror is Hilary Robinson, dean of the college of fine arts at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

A preview party will be at 7 p.m. June 19. Call the YWCA for ticket information at 330-746-6361. The McDonough is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Admssion is free.
