Brian and Lavrinda (Anzevino) Soloway of Davenport, Iowa, are announcing the birth of their fourth child, a son, Luke Robert, on April 25 at Trinity Medical Center in Bettendorf, Iowa. His siblings are Starla, Carter and Callie. The grandparents are Dominic and Pattie Anzevino of Boardman and Greg and Maryann Soloway of Citrus Springs, Fla.
