Concert to benefit Paws for Peace

The Rockin’ Rendezvous, a two-day camping and concert event, will be June 5-6 at Buffalo Hollow, 51367 Dickson Road. It is being presented by Paws for Peace to benefit the New Castle, Pa., Police canine corps.

Tickets for both days of the concert are $20 in advance, and $25 at the gate.

There is no extra charge for camping Saturday night, although those who want an RV electric hook-up will be required to pay $15 to Buffalo Hollow.

Food and drink can be brought to the camping area, but will not be permitted in the audience area.

Alcohol, soft drinks and food will be available for purchase. A re-entry wristband will be given with each admission.

Rockin’ Rendezvous will begin at 10 a.m. June 5 and end at 11:55 p.m. June 6.

Nineteen bands are scheduled to play, including BON/FIRE, an AC/DC tribute band, June 5 and Black Diamond, a KISS tribute band, June 6.

Other bands include Dizzy Whore, Makayla Dawn, Dangerous Curves, Rezistance, Shades of Gray and Shame.
