Motivational speaker to address parent conference

LIBERTY — Rick Rigsby, an internationally known motivational speaker, will address the fourth annual Parent Conference of the Youngstown City School District on Friday at the Metroplex Hotel & Conference center, 1620 Motor Inn Drive.

The program will run from 9:30 a.m. to noon.

Rigsby is a college professor at Texas A&M University, where he also serves as chaplain of the football team.

Admission conference is by invitation.
