Salem Historical Society to participate in Rainy Day Sale

A Rainy Day Yard and Sidewalk Sale has been scheduled for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday by Salem Retail Merchants and the East State Street Preservation Association. Busily arranging items to be sold by the Salem Historical Society at the museum, 208 S. Broadway, are, from left, Nancy Fediazko and Virginia Wilms. Some of the books and treasures to be available are from the Dale Shaffer estate.
