Agents with the U.S. Marshals Task Force on Monday arrested Calvin Findley Jr., 47, of Reel Avenue, Youngstown. Findley is charged with obstructing official business, a misdemeanor.
He is accused of making false statements regarding the whereabouts of the vehicle owned by one of the residents of the home where the shooting occurred.
He is scheduled to appear June 9 in Youngstown Municipal Court for a pretrial hearing.
