St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park was the setting at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 9, 2009, as wedding vows were exchanged by Kerry Kosmo and Jeffery Bullock, both of Nelsonville.
The Rev. Bret Rizzo officiated at the ceremony and a reception followed at Blue Wolf Banquet Center. The couple postponed their honeymoon cruise and live in Nelsonville.
Emil and Delphine Kosmo of Youngstown are parents of the bride and the groom is a son of Charles Bullock of Nelsonville and the late Frances Bullock.
The bride’s ivory V-neck gown was embellished with lace and Swarovski crystals and featured an asymmetric dropped waist and tiffany-length train.
Rose Smith of Boardman, honor attendant, wore an eggplant-colored gown. Flower girl was McKenna Sweeney of Boardman.
The groom’s father served as best man, and Coleman Bacon of Columbiana was ring bearer.
The bride is a social studies teacher with Alexander School District in Albany. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education and is pursuing a doctorate in computer education and instructional technology at Ohio University in Athens.
The groom is an acting postmaster with the U.S. Postal Service in Nelsonville.
