Miss Fox to be June bride of Mr. Carrick

LAS VEGAS

Cynthia Fox and Neil Carrick, both of Las Vegas, are announcing their engagement and future wedding plans.

The bride-to-be is a daughter of David and Mary Fox of New Middletown. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and earned her master’s degree in library science at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She is a librarian for Clark County School District in Las Vegas.

The prospective groom is a son of Christine Barker-Bey of Exmouth, Devon, England. He served in the U.S. Navy and is pursuing a paralegal degree from Kaplan University in Las Vegas. He is employed by Nevada Federal Bank in Las Vegas.

The couple have chosen Mount Charleston Resort in Las Vegas as the setting for their June 19 wedding at 5 p.m. and for a reception after the ceremony.
