Dann could face criminal charges soon, TV station reports

COLUMBUS — 10TV News in Columbus is reporting that former Attorney General Marc Dann is expected to face criminal charges within days.

The station reports: "Several sources confirmed to 10TV News that Dann has been in 'discussions' with prosecutors about the possibility of entering either a guilty or an Alford plea which is an acknowledgment of evidence sufficient to convict him to criminal charges stemming from the use of political funds."
