Parents announce Montgomery-Hiott wedding plans

The engagement of Katie Montgomery and Matt Hiott, both of 241 N. Memorial Ave., Walterboro, S.C., is being announced by her parents, Kevin and Lynne Montgomery of 7026 Marinthana Ave., Boardman.

Miss Montgomery is employed as an Older Girl Program Specialist for the Girl Scouts of Eastern South Carolina.

Mr. Hiott, son of Dr. and Mrs. David Hiott of Walterboro, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history from the College of Charleston in South Carolina and is employed at the college.

Invitations will be issued for the Sept. 25 wedding ceremony and the reception, both in Folly Beach, S.C.
