55-Plus Club of Mineral Ridge will meet at St. Mary Church at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. Snacks will be provided by Willene Pickens and Helen Rushan. Members will dine out after card games.

1418 Auxiliary Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday at Brownstone Court, 50 Struthers-Coitsville Road. John Texter will preside. Cancellations must be made by Monday to Sandy Redeske at (330) 755-5192. Birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged. AARP 3104 of Canfield will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Canfield Presbyterian Church, where blood pressure screenings will be available from noon to 12:45 p.m. Canfield Middle School Band will present the program. Those going on the Savannah/Charleston trip can pick up their luggage tags. Reservations will be accepted for the following trips: June 18, Indians/Pirates baseball game; July 10, Tall Ships in Cleveland; Aug. 25-26, Lancaster/Gettysburg; and Nov. 30-Dec. 2, New York City. Ajax Magnethermic Retirees will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Station Square, 4259 Belmont Ave., Youngstown.

Cornersburg Happy Seniors will meet at 11:15 a.m. Thursday at A La Cart Catering, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield, with Betsy Koneval presiding. Dinner will cost $10. Bingo will be played. Freetimers of Youngstown State University will have a monthly breakfast at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Denny’s, U.S. Route 224, Boardman. All YSU retirees and their friends are welcome.

G.E. Quarter Century Club will have its 65th annual spring meeting at 3:30 p.m. May 16 at the Croatian Home, 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown. The cost for the sit-down dinner at 4:30 is $18 for retired members and guests. Mahoning Retired Teachers Association will meet May 12 at Antone’s Banquet Center, 8578 Market St., Boardman. The 11 a.m. social will be followed by lunch at 11:45. The program will include an “In Memoriam” by Sally Winsen, an “In Remembrance” by Martha Lopez, the recognition of all 90-year and older members by JoAnn Ellis, and a presentation by Susan Gans of the Senior Center. Ohio Public Employee Retirees, 11th District, will have an annual meeting May 19 for all retired and working public employees at Dilucia’s Banquet Center, 2610 Elm Road, Warren. The speakers will be Mike Mussell of OPERS and former Ohio Sen. Harry Meshel. Registration will be at 11 a.m. with lunch at noon. S.O.A.R. 27-2 and 27-6, Steelworkers Retirees, Local Union 1330 and 1331, will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the Italian-American Veterans Centre, 113 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown. Refreshments will be served. This will be the final day to make reservations for the June 7 picnic. New members are welcome.

St. Nicholas Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. May 11 for a luncheon meeting in Great Hall. Laverne Cox will preside, and dues will be collected.
