STRUTHERS
Katie Jordan had a home run, triple and double as the Struthers High softball team defeated Lakeview, 7-2, on Friday to clinch the All-American Conference White Tier crown.
Ashley Baron (17-1) gave up six hits for the Wildcats (18-3, 7-0 AAC White Tier) who have won 11 straight games. Baron also had three hits while Mandy Ditman and Wyntie Wilson had two hits apiece.
For the Bulldogs (8-9, 3-4), Alyssa Nicholas and Raelynn Burns had two hits including a double.
Liberty 8, Salem 0
LIBERTY
Junior Renee Dutton tossed a five-hitter with seven strikeouts and one walk.
Senior Shelbie Stefanski had triple and two RBIs, senior Alison House had a triple and single and one RBI and junior Breanna Comer had two singles for Liberty (6-11, 3-4 AAC White).
Emily Sndyer had two singles for Salem, whose pitcher, Tiffany Woods had five strikeouts and four walks. Woods replaced starter Becca Devlin, who left with an injury after one inning.
Poland 5, Springfield 0
ELYRIA
Winning pitcher Erin Gabriel (12-0) tossed a one-hitter, had three hits and scored three runs for the Bulldogs (17-1) in the Steeler Classic game. Jenna Modic hit a RBI double.
Niles 5, Howland 4
NILES
Olivia Devorich tripled for Niles (19-5, 4-3 AAC), which scored all of its runs in the first two innings. Lindsey Dodgson had two hits and an RBI while Samii Ramer had two hits. Aubrey Hale (9-1) struck out six during the six-hitter.
For Howland, Amanda Delaquilla had two doubles and Olivia Nicholas had two singles.
Champion 15, Campbell 2
CHAMPION
The unbeaten Golden Flashes (18-0, 9-0 AAC Blue Tier) scored 14 runs in the first inning.
Junior Angell Lipps had five strikeouts and no walks during a three-hitter before sophomore Victoria Johnman and freshman Mackenzie Gorantis combined to finish.
Junior Taylor Petersal had a three-run double while Morgan White and Mackenzie Kiser both had two singles for Champion. White, a senior, and Kiser, a freshman, accounted for two RBIs apiece.
Ursuline 4, Py Valley 0
BAZETTA
Casey Lower (14-3) threw a three-hitter with 12 strikeouts at the Lakers (19-3).
For the Irish (14-4), Kasey Foley had a single and a double while Malikka Caige tacked on a single and an RBI triple.
Mooney 11, Harding 0
WARREN
Jamie Clausen (11-3) pitched a five-inning one-hitter for the Cardinals (17-3).
Clausen also had three hits while sophomores Katrina Larson, Simone Zeoli, Katelyn Kowalczyk and Corynn Ozenghar all had RBI hits.
Late Thursday, Mooney stranded nine runners and lost to Richmond Edison, 2-1. Marissa Gorvet had two hits.
GlenOak 3, Fitch 2 (14 innings)
AUSTINTOWN
Despite out-hitting Fitch, 11-4, GlenOak needed 14 innings for its Federal League victory. Stephanie Berdis had two triples and two RBIs, Alyssa Jones and Tori Wise had a single apiece for Fitch (8-8, 3-5).

NORTH LIMA
Carly DeRose and Madison Yanek teamed up to toss a 3-hitter for the Raiders. DeRose (9-0) struck out eight batters and walked one. Yanek, Emily Seman and Kristin Robinson doubled, with the latter two each bring home two runs.
For the Blue Devils, Heather Monoski tripled.
South Range 2, Warren JFK 1
NORTH LIMA
Yanek tossed a two-hitter, striking out 11 batters and walking three for the Raiders (20-1). Robinson doubled as the South Range winning streak grew to 18.
For JFK, K. Harris tripled.
Jackson-Milton 8, Southern 0
NORTH JACKSON
Lindsey Knipp (9-6) had 14 strikeouts in a two-hitter for Jackson-Milton (11-7, 7-5 Inter Tri-County League Tier Two).
Maddie Griffiths had a home run and double, Knipp had two doubles and Cat Keck and Brittany McGee also doubled for the Blue Jays. Griffiths’ offense accounted for three RBIs.
Jona French had a double for Southern (7-14, 2-10).
