Kiwanis Club events are scheduled

YOUNGSTOWN

Barb Smith, president of Western Mahoning County Kiwanis Club, attended the Division 21 Kiwanis meeting on March 24 at Hilltop Presbyterian Church in Toronto, Ohio. Lt. Gov. Joyce Pogany of Austintown presided.

Canfield High School Key Club presented the program for the March 17 Kiwanis meeting. The club sponsored such service projects as a food drive for Operation Blessing and crafts for the Akron Children’s TWIG program this past year.

Plans were made for a traditional Easter egg hunt for children pre-kindergarten through 12 years to take place at noon Saturday at Liberty Park in North Jackson.
