Looking to plan a truly unique wedding?

Celebrate Poland is bringing history to life with a real Civil War military wedding at the Civil War Encampment on Poland Village Green June 26. The event will be as authentic as possible, including dress in the period of time.

Here’s how it works: Couples can apply to be chosen for this event through an application and interview. Applications must be postmarked by April 1.

The field will be reduced to three finalists, whose stories will be published in Poland Neighbors. A committee will vote for its choice and you, the reader, can participate by voting for your favorite.

After the votes are tallied, the winning couple will be announced exclusively in Neighbors in May.

The Celebrate Poland committee is looking for local businesses interested in donating services for this wedding. Businesses donating will have their names listed in the wedding program and will be announced at an event June 25.
