Students from C.H. Campbell Elementary School took their fathers out for a night of dinner and entertainment at Antone’s Banquet Center Mar. 22.

The school’s annual “Dinner With Dad” featured a show from Christian comic Steve McGranahan, “The World Strongest Redneck.” McGranahan, who has appeared on “The Jay Leno Show,” delighted the audience with stand-up comedy and feats of strength.

The dinner, sponsored by the C.H. Campbell PTO, also featured professional photos, a penny auction and a 50-50 raffle.

“It is a special night for boys and girls to spend with their fathers, or another special male friend,” said C.H. Campbell PTO chair Michelle Gamble.
