Boardman orchestras receive high praise

The Boardman High School Chamber, Classical and Symphony Orchestras, under the direction of Frank Dispenza, Michele Prokop and Bill Amendol, continued the long tradition of excellence at the Ohio Music Education Association State Orchestra Adjudicated Event held at Granville High School in Columbus Feb. 26-28.

The 120-member Boardman Symphony Orchestra continued the longest string of unbroken superior ratings in the state of Ohio with another superior (I) rating.

They have received superior ratings every year since 1973.
