AUXILIARIES

Flora McDonald Auxiliary will meet for dessert at 1 p.m. April 3 at the home of Madeline Shanks.

CLUBS

Mahoning Retired Teachers will meet for a satellite luncheon on April 21. There will be a social gathering at 11:30 a.m. followed by a buffet luncheon at noon. The featured speaker will be from the Rich Center for Autism. The cost for the luncheon is $12, and reservations are to be made with JoAnn Ellis at (330) 755-3976.

Youngstown Women’s Connection will have a “Steppin’ Out in Style” luncheon from noon to 2 p.m. April 13 at Lucianno’s Banquet Room, 1739 Raccoon Road, Austintown. There will be a wacky fashion show hosted by Jeanne Valot and special music by Sandi Breidenstein. The guest speaker will be Jeanette Paradis. The cost is $10. Niles Chapter of the American Sewing Guild has scheduled the following: Niles Silver Thimbles at 1 p.m. Thursday at Viking Sewing Center, 40 Youngstown-Warren Road, Niles, for a necklace demonstration by Ruth Smith; and ASG at 6:30 p.m. April 6 at JoAnn Etc., 7386 Market St., Boardman, for a purse demonstration by Pinky Schmid.

RELIGIOUS GROUPS

St. Rose Quilting Group will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the parish house.

D.A.R.E., a social group for divorced, widowed or separated people, has planned the following events: Saturday, bowling at 7 p.m. at Boardman Lanes; Monday and Wednesday, walking at Southern Park Mall from the food court at 6 p.m.; Tuesday, dance lessons with Judy Conti at 7 p.m. at Wedgewood Plaza; Thursday, meeting at 6 p.m. at Los Gallos on Market Street; and April 2 and 3, cheap movies at 6:30 p.m. at Shops at Boardman Park.
