Plans announced for Miss Thomas, Mr. Modelski

ASTORIA, N.Y.

Jenna Marie Thomas and Piotr Modelski, both of Astoria, N.Y., are announcing their engagement and plans for their upcoming marriage.

They have chosen June 12 for their 1:30 p.m. open wedding in St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for the evening reception at Antone’s Banquet Center in Boardman.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Cindy and Steve Orslene of Cortland and Robert Thomas of Poland. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in biology and chemistry and is an autism aide in Manhasset, N.Y.

Parents of the future groom are Elizabeth and Andrew Modelski of Dobbins Road, Poland. Mr. Modelski graduated from Fordham University in Bronx, N.Y., with a degree in accounting. He works as a property controller for Tishman Speyer in New York City.
