Job seekers attend jobs fair and bowl for free

People were waiting in line this morning before Camelot Lanes opened, eager to participate in a jobs fair that started at 10 a.m.

About 100 people were registered for “Bowling for Jobs,” which was organized by the One-Stop employment agency, but more were expected. The event was to last until 2 p.m.

Camelot was providing two free games to all job seekers. The event was targeted to people who are looking for jobs as machinists, welders and forklift operators.
