GM CEO in Lordstown Wednesday

Ed Whitacre, CEO of General Motors, will tour the Lordstown Assembly Complex today during a visit with employees. GM Lordstown spokesman Tom Mock said the event will not be open to the public or media.

Whitacre, who has been running GM since January, will survey the multimillion-dollar improvements being made to the plant in preparation for manufacturing the new Chevrolet Cruze this summer, Mock said.
