Ulster Project to host dinner and concert

Mahoning Valley Ulster Project will host a dinner at 6 p.m. April 17 at St. Michael Family Life Center, 340 N. Broad St., followed by a concert by Cahal Dunne at 7:15.

Tickets for both events are $27, and for the concert only the cost is $15.
