High water closes Columbiana County road

The Ohio Department of Transportation says state Route 45 is closed tonight at Teegarden Road between Miller Road and Salem Grange Road in Columbiana County due to high water. No official detour is posted. The roadway will be reopened as soon as the water recedes.
