ABWA chapter names its Woman of the Year

YOUNGSTOWN

The Tri-Gold Prime Time Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association has named Sharon Pasquale, chapter president, as its 2010 “Woman of the Year.”

Pasquale has been a member of ABWA for 15 years, has served two full terms as treasurer, has chaired the ways and means committee many times, and served on numerous committees. She attended both national and regional ABWA conferences, and was a model for the ABWA fashion show.

Pasquale retired from Mahoning County Human Resources Department in order to devote more time to her grandchildren, her church and golf. A breast cancer survivor, she has had to deal with the loss of her husband, and her mother and her sisters’ strokes, all within a brief span of time.
